Detail Master - Dagger III - 50 watts I recommend this unit for the Novice to Advanced wildfowl carver. In the wildfowl carving field, we never burn very hot and the full 50 watts is stong enough for the carver that burns at a modetrate speed. At the temperatures we use, recovery time is not really critical to getting consistent texture in our feathers. I do find that this 50 watt unit recovers slower from current variations and drafts than the Sabre. This unit is the one I recommend to the novice carver on a small budget. I recommend the standard pen styles listed below for the wildfowl carver. - Vic Kirkman
