We ship within 3-5 days of receipt of your order unless otherwise  notified within 3 days of any delay or back order. A confirmation of the receipt of your order is sent to you and a confirmation of shipment with details is forwarded to you as well upon shipment. Let us know any special shipping arrangements you may require.

Our policy is very simple. We want to serve your wildfowl carving needs as best we can. We will always give you the benefit of any doubt on any order in question.
