Customer Service Wildfowl Art Shop and Gallery is a very small company not oriented to serve a broad area of the public. Being the sole owner and operator of the business and I teach wildfowl carving full time in my local studio and on the internet. There will be some times when I am attending shows around the Southeast U.S. and may delay a couple of days in getting your order ready to ship. I will however, try hard to get your order out promptly or let you know of any such delays.
